The Chicago premier of Mother Jones in Heaven with Vivian Nesbitt and John Dillon was a great success. A fantastic crowd and a fantastic performance by Vivian Nesbitt at the Irish American Heritage Center. The play was written by Si Kahn, and imagines Mother Jones in a pub, telling the bartender about her life. The songs were fabulous, and we had a rousing audience, including many union members. Chicago loves Mother Jones.
